Refund Policy

Only if the following conditions are met will a replacement be processed:

  • If the product is defective (Dead On Arrival)

  • It has been established that the product was not damaged while in your possession; nonetheless, please take the Unboxing Video from the original packaging at the time of delivery for the same

  • The goods is returned in its original packaging (complete with the brand/box, manufacturer's MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and any attachments)



Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged. For whatever reason, an invoice that has been created cannot be changed or cancelled.

Physical damage, product mistreatment, and tampering with warranty stickers are not covered by the guarantee.

Buyers who purchase individual components will have 3 days from the date of delivery to return the goods if it is DOA or faulty, and buyers who purchase a full PC set will have 7 days to return the product if it is DOA or faulty.

After this period, our invoice will be valid for the manufacturer's warranty, which may be claimed at the Brand's Authorized Service Center.
